The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, balance, richness (in control), freshness, gourmandise, a certain fine tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/crushed cherry and small notes of fleshy/crushed raspberry associated with touches of black berries as well as hints of tonka bean, toasted and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut.
