This rosé has a beautiful clear and shiny apricot color. The nose is fresh, powerful with notes of peach and a certain smoky minerality. The second nose opens with more subtlety with notes of cooked strawberry as well as yellow peach. The palate is fresh, round with a little bitterness. We find small, crunchy red fruits as well as fine hints of blackberry. The finish is slightly winey.
