This rosé has an incredible color, on gold with orange highlights. The first nose is intense, powerful with woody notes of oak, roasted hazelnut and dried banana. We have other fruits like dried apple and orange in syrup. The second nose is just as intense with a smoky, mineral side that emerges. We have hints of cooked coconut, flowers like honeysuckle. The palate is fresh with nice acidity. We have notes of cooked apple, coconut and woods like rosewood. We also perceive spices such as curry and turmeric. The finish is on flower potpourri with a touch of salt. It’s long and intense. It’s a gourmet rosé.
