The nose is spicy, benefits from being decanted and offers a certain precision. There are notes of blackberry, clove and small notes of pulpy small red fruits associated with discreet hints of roasted cherry, liquorice stick, sweet spices and a discreet hint of camphor. A pistil hint in the background. The mouth is beautifuly fresh and offers a beautiful juicy/ fresh fruit, a small pulpiness, a beautiful minerality, gourmandise, precision, a certain purity as well as a certain finesse in its concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ fresh blackberry, small pulpy/ bright fruits ans small notes of roasted fruits associated with touches of toasted, vanilla as well as cornflower hints. Good length. Supple and sapid tannins. A beautiful wine that will require patience before opening. A beautiful grain on the finish and a slight chew. A discreet floral/ varietal hint in the background that highlights the fruit and stretches the mouth.
