(70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon): The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is fruity and fresh, finely spicy. It expresses notes of morello cherry, black plum, red plum, strawberry and blackcurrant in the background, associated with herbaceous aromas of fresh mint and blackcurrant leaf (in the background), sweet spices (liquorice, cloves, vanilla), as well as a hint of peony and violet. The notes of toorefaction are delicate and subtle (toasted hazelnut, fresh oak). The palate is airy, fluid (in a good way) and fresh. It expresses flavors of red cherry, morello cherry, red plum, strawberry and black plum, as well as herbaceous notes of peppermint and blackcurrant leaf in the background. We also find a delicate spiciness (liquorice, white pepper, cloves), floral (violet, a hint of peony) and torrefaction (toasted hazelnut). The finish is juicy and pleasant, with noticeable but not drying tannins and fragrant floral and chocolate notes. Lightness and a lovely freshness.
