The nose is fruity, beautifully racy and offers complexity, deepness, harmony, and power. There are notes of Boysen blackberry, wild small berries and small notes of black pepper associated with touches of camphor, nutmeg as well as slight tabacco hints. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, deepness, a certain slight density, a slight austerity in elegance as well as a slight fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, juicy/ pulpy small black fruits, and small notes of balsamic associated with touches of wild red fruits as well as tabacco hints, toast and a discreet hint of nutmeg. Good length with supple and elegant tannins. A beautiful chew and a beautiful sapidity on the finish/ persistence bring gourmandise and freshness. A discreet hint of tonka bean. Fresh, harmonious, and supple wine.
