The nose is elegant, precise and offers a certain power and concentration in elegance and precision. It has a mellow and gourmand grain. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small pulpy fruits, and small notes of zan associated with touches of cornflower and a slight roasted hints and discreet hints of nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers elegance, precision, suppleness, freshness, gourmandise with a beautiful fullness and balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous blueberry, juicy/ acidulous cassis, and small notes of acidulous morello cherry as well as hints of cornflower, anise/ zan and discreet hints of vanilla in the background. Good length. Elegant and mellow tannins. Precision, minerality, freshness and radiance of the fruit with a beautiful mellowness and gourmandise on the finish/ persistence.
