CLOS DUBREUIL 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

CLOS DUBREUIL 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The nose is racy, precise and offers a slight concentration with a slight and powerful grain at the same time. It will benefit from being decanted. It reveals notes of bright Boysen blackberry, camphor, and small notes of blackcurrant, associated with touches of almost roasted berries, crushed strawberry and hints of cloves, nutmeg and a very discreet hint almost warm aromatic herb. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, energy, a pretty acidulous/ juicy fruit, elegant and purity of the fruit, beautiful delicacy in its matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / acidulous cherry, pulpy / acidulous raspberry and small notes of bright cassis associated with a touch of blueberry as well as slight hints of cornflower, sweet blond tobacco, with a discreet clove tip in the background. Tannins are precise, frank, racy and slightly mellow.
