Château Tour Saint Christophe 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The nose is beautifully aromatic, complex and offers freshness and a beautiful almost sappy side. It reveals notes of fresh wild cassis, small juicy/ fresh berries and small notes of violet/ lily associated with touches of crushed blackberry, bright purple plum, and hints of saffron, infusion and an imperceptible hint of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is mineral and offers freshness, tension, precision, a beautiful finesse, intensity, a slight grain, elegance, and sense of detail. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ fresh blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of violet, bright purple plum associated with touches of chocolate, toasted almond. Beautiful racy notes/ sense of place. There is an incredible velvet and subtlety with soft and fresh tannins. The tension and the power in precision accompany finesse. At the end, there is a slight saline tip bottom with persistence.
