On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and small notes of small crushed red fruits associated with touches of star anise, violet, toasted touches as well as fine hints of chocolate, sweet blond tobacco and a subtle hint of cornflower in the background. A fine chew and gourmandise.
