An intense aromatic palette with notes of ripe cherries, wild berries, umami, tobacco and earthy undertones. On the palate, the tannins are soft and balanced, the taste is smooth and juicy with a dynamic progression and a finale that closes on a slightly almondy note. Vigna Rondell is a cru on a morainic hillside with mainly sandy soils. The winery was founded in 1970 by Franz Gojer but his young son Florian is now responsible for both the winery and the agronomic aspect of the vineyards spread over 8.5 hectares.
