Schramsberg’s J. Schram Noirs, in its second vintage released only as the finished sparkling wine emerges nine years after the grapes are harvested. The result is a rich, full-bodied indulgence with a heavy, toasty, and creamy bubble texture. Primarily a blend of Pinot Noir, complemented by a touch of Chardonnay, the wine offers captivating brioche and caramel notes that linger on the palate.
