This crémant has a beautiful straw yellow color with a very present effervescence. The nose is fresh with notes of stewed apple but also of toast and butter. With air, you still have this smoky side which accompanies fruit and a hint of coconut. The mouth is fresh with a dynamic bubble. We find fruits like yellow peach but also apple with these buttery, brioche or even toasted touches. The finish is delicate on the flowers. Beautiful creation.
