This crémant has a beautiful limpid and shiny, light golden color. The nose is intense, aromatic with fruity notes. We have touches of yellow peach as well as apricot but also notes of dried and candied fruits with orange zest and almond paste. It is a round, complex, attractive nose. With air, we get hints of cooked yellow apple as well as sweet spices. The palate is fresh, frank with a bitterness on the attack which accompanies fruity notes of orange zest and cooked apple. Then, a certain salinity in the mid-palate appears. The crémant is dry, straight, saline with a beautiful minerality and a salivating acidity which continues in the finish. The end of the tasting is straight with a hint of apple, yeast and bitter almond.
