This crémant is bright and clear with a straw yellow color. The nose is aromatic on fruits with apple, juicy white peach but also apricot. The second nose is always delicate with fruit and a fine minerality. The palate has an attack with a slight bitterness of citrus zest. We find yellow peach and apricot in the mid-palate with notes of white grapes. We also have hints of apple and almond. The finish is delicate and light on apple.
