This crémant has a very pale straw yellow color with shine. The nose is fresh and fruity with a refreshing minerality. We have notes of apple but also of baked peach. We also perceive delicate touches of apricot blossom and orange blossom. With air, it is still fruity and delicate, airy. The palate is fine with a nice acidity on the attack. The effervescence is present and the mid-palate is discreetly fruity with peach and almond. The minerality appears at this point with an interesting salinity which continues in a light and airy finish.
