This crémant rosé has a beautiful limpid and shiny color which tends towards orange-rosé. The nose is fresh and aromatic with fruit such as raspberry but also stewed strawberries. With time, it is discreet and delicate with minerality and a touch of red apple. The palate has personality, accompanied by a dynamic effervescence. We find a little minerality with a smoky aspect and fruit such as blackberry and raspberry. We perceive a fine bitterness that is somewhat reminiscent of blackberries. The finish is discreet, bordering on a little saline.
