Domaine Butin – Crémant du Jura -13%

This Crémant has a light and shiny straw yellow color with dynamic bubbles. The nose is fresh and aromatic with fruit: apple, pineapple but also white peach. We have apple and pear in several forms: apple juice, cooked apple, crunchy apple. Same for the pear. With time, it is delicate with freshness and crunchy, juicy fruits. We also have some citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is pleasant. The attack is fresh and tangy with notes of lemon and mandarin without forgetting floral touches. The effervescence is measured. In the mid-palate we have a nice definition of peach and brugnon. It is pleasant with a light finish.
