The wine shows a pale lemon colour. The nose is intense, revealing notes of ripe lemons, lemon zest and pomelo. The palate offers crisp, zesty acidity, juicy fruit concentration, dense and tight texture, still a hint of yeast reduction. Excellent length and ageing potential.
