The nose offers power and concentration. There are notes of quince, small ripe/warm yellow fruits and small notes of yuzu zest associated with fine hints of lime, fresh local scrubland as well as discreet hints of sage/eucalyptus. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral structure, a good definition, precision, tension, a certain fat as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of citrus peel, citrus fruits associated with touches of small bright white fruits as well as hints of lychee/quenette as well as subtle hints of honey and local grove. Beautiful roundness and delicacy in its fat (a smoked-iodized fat).
