The nose is aromatic, ripe and offers a smoky/almost sulfured side. There are notes of cumin, fennel and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with a touch of dried pepper as well as a discreet hint of kumquat and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, acidity, a certain tension, salinity / smoky side as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh hazelnut, kumquat and small notes of fennel associated with a touch of fresh local grove / eucalyptus as well as fine hints of iodine. Good length. Beautiful freshness and sapidity.
