The nose is fresh, elegant and airy in its intensity. There are notes of crushed wild cassis, crushed Bigarreau cherry and small notes of roasted-fresh small fruits associated with touches of cornflower, small wild flowers as well as discreet hints of sweet spices and fennel. The palate is fruity, nicely fresh and offers minerality. Nicely driven by the fruit, by the freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, cooked cassis and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of roasted fruit, cornflowers, hints of sage, chocolate as well as a herbaceous hint, olive tree , licorice and crushed black olive. Beautiful elegance and complexity. Tannins are supple, elegant and fresh.
