On the palate this wine expresses notes of lychee, quenette and small notes of ripe zest associated with touches of apricot, sweet white grapefruit, hints of crunchy peach, peach flowers as well as fine hints of sense of the place and iodized minerality. Good length. Beautiful freshness and tanginess. Gourmandize.
