It reveals notes of kumquat, quince and small notes of fermentation (almost beer fermentation aromatic palette) as well as hints of orange and a discreet hint of mango. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral frame, sapidity, a certain small concentration as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of tangerine, dried orange and small notes dried pineapple associated with a touch of ripe lemon as well as slight hints of saffron and a discreet hint of maceration in the background. An imperceptible almost verbena/sage hint in the background.
