The nose is fruity, intense and offers a floral side as well as concentration, precision and control. We find notes of blueberry, cherry and small notes of candied orange associated with almost aromatic herbal touches and rosemary flowers. The palate is fruity and offers precision, tension, control as well as an airy and elegant side. Concentration in control despite a certain power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Bigarreau cherry, blueberry and small notes small fruits / concentrated cassis associated with touches of candied orange zest as well as very discreet hints of sense of place (local biotop: olive black, rosemary…). Tannins are sapid and racy. Good length. Very discreet toasted hints and toasted almond on the finish.
