It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of crushed/jammed cherry associated with touches of small roasted red fruits as well as fine hints of cornflower, cardamom, black tea, anise and a hint of of dry undergrowth / sense of place (local biotop). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers gourmandize a beautiful delicacy, suppleness, suavity, a beautiful delicate, round, gourmand and charming matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, creamy cassis and small notes of roasted-fresh small fruits associated with fine touches of chocolate, cherry blossoms, a hint of cooked blue fruits as well as fine hints of vanilla, cardamom, black olive and a subtle hint of toasted almond. Tannins are supple and sapid. Good length. Nice iodized and sapid side on the finish.
