The nose is mineral, racy and elegant. There are notes of sage, local grove and small notes of Bigarreau cherry associated with touches of small jammy red fruits as well as a subtle floral hint (almost lavender). The palate is beautifully mineral, fresh, elegant, supple, delicate and offers roundness, suppleness as well as unctuosity in freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulp blackberry, bright blueberry and small notes bright cherry associated with touches of cornflower, sage as well as a subtle almost orange hint (in the background) and saline in the background/on the finish. Tannins are elegant and racy. Good length. A very discreet hint of cocoa on the finish. Nice (but discreet) work on the good bitterness on the finish which stretches/lengthens the persistence.
