The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is fragrant and offers a certain concentration of fruit and freshness. It mainly expresses notes of black fruits (black plum, morello cherry, blackberry, blueberry), associated with notes of red plum, wild strawberry and crushed raspberry, as well as notes of liquorice, dried mint, violet and dried peony. The palate is fresher and tangier. It expresses notes of tart red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, red plum, blueberry, black plum, combined with notes of violet, dried peony, dried mint and a touch of blackcurrant leaf. The acidity is refreshing and salivating. The finish is rather persistent and expresses good bitterness and fine tannins. The tannins are fine, subtle and integrated. A fresh and pleasant wine.
