The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is delicious, fruity, juicy. It expresses the aromas of strawberry, crushed raspberry, morello cherry, red plum, blueberry, with a sweet hint of red cherry jam, as well as floral touches of violet and peony, combined with a note of licorice in the background. The palate is chiseled, even a little tight, but juicy and balanced by a salivating acidity. We find notes of tart red cherry, morello cherry, raspberry, strawberry, red currant and blackcurrant, associated with notes of violet, peony and licorice (even blackcurrant leaf). The tannins are present, a little dry and bitter, but balanced by a salivating acidity and the freshness of the fruits on the finish. The finish is moderately persistent, tangy, slightly bitter.
