(85% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot) The wine has a deep ruby color. The nose is reserved and requires ventilation. It then expresses notes of wild strawberry, blueberry jam, juicy morello cherry, crushed strawberry, raspberry coulis, associated with fine spicy toches and notes of torrefaction (coffee, liquorice, cloves, a touch of cocoa), blackcurrant leaf, dried mint, violet and dried wildflowers. On the palate, the wine is fleshy and structured. It offers a concentrated fruity flavours and a firm tannic frame, with a fine and velvety texture. We find notes of morello cherry, red cherry jam, roasted red cherry, crushed strawberry, raspberry coulis, blueberry jam, blackcurrant associated with notes of sweet spices (licorice, clove), flowers (violet, dried rose), as well as a touch of coffee and dried mint in the background. The finish is fruity and sapid. Beautiful acidity and freshness. A fleshy, tasty and gourmand wine.
