The wine has a deep ruby color, with purple reflections. The nose offers concentration, fresh fruit, as well as a fine minerality. It expresses notes of red cherry, red currant, raspberry, blueberry, blackcurrant (in the background), as well as herbaceous notes of blackcurrant leaf, cut mint, violet, rose petals and cherry blossom. The palate is airy, and offers fluidity and lightness. We find the juicy flavors of tart red cherry, morello cherry, crushed raspberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackcurrant (in the background), as well as blackcurrant leaf, violet, fresh wild flowers and cut grass. The finish expresses liveliness, salivating acidity and a slight bitterness (in the background).The tannins are a little grippy, but fine.
