The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The first nose expresses spiciness (cloves, nutmeg, white pepper in the background) and slightly toasted. On the second nose, we find notes of fresh fruit (red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, a hint of blackcurrant and crushed blueberry), as well as floral (violet, lily, lily of the valley), herbaceous (dried mint, blackcurrant leaf aromas. ), and mineral touch (limestone) in the background. On the palate, the wine is gourmand, juicy and especially fruity. It expresses notes of red cherry, morello cherry, wild strawberry, crushed raspberry and blackcurrant, associated with a floral bouquet (violet, wild rose, lily of the valley, lilac) and a fine spiciness (clove, licorice, ground cumin) and a hint of fresh tobacco in the background. The tannins offer a certain power, a beautiful structure and a fine texture. The finish is tasty, delicious and fresh, thanks to a salivating acidity which balances the dry tannins at the end of the log. Gourmandise and a beautiful structure which should become even more rounded.
