Domaine des Crocs Blancs, Salut à Toi ! 2022 – Vin de Savoie Abymes

The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. It has a lovely deep and complex nose, with apronounced but elegant spiciness, as well as fleshy fruit. We find notes of ripe yellow peach, juicy apricot, candied lemon, fresh lemon, pomelo, green pear, associated with notes of nutmeg, a touch of saffron, smoke, as well as with floral notes of acacia, dried linden and chamomile. The palate is delicious, round and warming, even a little sweet. It expresses the flavors of candied lemon peel, grapefruit juice, fresh lemon, Williams pear, and quince, combined with a fine spiciness (saffron,nutmeg) and floral bouquet (acacia, nutmeg, apple tree flowers, lime tree flowers). The finish is rather persistent, gourmand, with a slight sweetness and roundness, balanced by a nice acidity.
