The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is rather discreet, tangy and expresses citrus notes(fresh lemon, lemon zest, orange juice, grapefruit), associated with notes of white peach, acacia, as well as a slight touch mineral. The palate is gourmand and fruity. There are notes of fresh lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit juice, white peach and acacia. The minerality (recalling limestone notes) returns at the end of the palate.
