The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with slight green highlights. The nose is fresh, chiselled and precise, finely mineral and tangy. It expresses saline notes, a bit chalky at first and is then complemented by aromas of fresh citrus fruits and citrus zest: lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit (with a delicate bitterness on the nose), as well as softer touches of crunchy apricot, fresh yellow peach, as well as mirabelle plum in the background. We also find very subtle notes of acacia, butter and flower honey. The mouth is lively and expressive. The attack is fresh and chiseled, on citrus fruits with a hint of bitterness (grapefruit, lemon zest, lime), associated with notes of white peach, fresh apricot, orange zest in the background, as well as touches of honey, lees (a light touch of butter) and white flowers (lime blossom). The finish is moderately persistent, pleasant, with a delicate bitterness and a nice acidity associated with a certain roundness.
