Beautiful nose, elegant, fresh, charming with subtlety and control. An aerial and melodious side. It reveals notes of violet, dense blackberry and small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of peony, hints of pulpy/ripe small fruits, fine hints of star anise as well as discreet hints almost of sap and graphite. The palate is fruity, beautifully fresh, sappy, gourmande, precise and offers suppleness, a beautiful matter, delicacy in its fullness as well as a dark/dense/infusion side (in control). The attack on the palate is elegant, delicate and energetic at the same time. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy Boysenberry, small dense/juicy black fruits and small notes of dark chocolate associated with touches of violet, lily, hints of graphite, small pulpy/juicy red fruits as well as a subtle sappy hint, a discreet hint of almond, fresh blond tobacco, roasting and an imperceptible salty hint in the background (which brings a gourmand side). Beautiful melted tannic structure.
