(blend of several vintages) The wine has a pale ruby colour. The nose is very fruity and juicy. It expresses notes of acidic red and black fruits (Bigarreau cherry, Morello cherry, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry), fine herbaceous touches (mint, cut grass) and light smoky and spicy notes (white pepper). On the palate, the attack is juicy and light, with slightly dry tannins and positive bitterness. Tart flavours of raspberry, red cherry, strawberry and blueberry, accompanied by a light peppery and chalky note. Good length with salivating acidity, good bitterness and a peppery finish.
