The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with green reflections. The nose is fresh, with tangy notes of lime, lemon zest, fresh grapes, fresh apricot and a light touch of bitter orange in the background. On the palate, the wine is pleasantly fresh. It expresses notes of crunchy stone fruits (apricot, white peach) and white flowers (acacia, apple blossom). Good balance between the level of sugar and a refreshing lemony acidity. The foam is fine and delicate. The finish is prolonged, on the sweetness of mirabelle plum and with a pleasant bitterness in the background.
