The wine has a pale, young lemon color. The aromas are pronounced, on the nose the wine expresses notes of juicy Williams pear, fresh grapes, delicate touches of white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle) and honey. On the palate, the wine expresses notes of acacia honey, apricot jam, fresh grapes and orange blossom. There are lightness and softness, with very delicate foam and a fine body. The acidity of a medium level refreshes a prolonged finish with sweet flavours of very ripe yellow fruits.
