The wine has a deep ruby color. The nose is open and juicy: the wine expresses notes of ripe black fruit, fresh and cooked (cherry, red cherry jam, black plum, wild strawberry, blueberry). There is also freshness of small red berries (cranberries, red currant), spices (licorice, white pepper) and aromatic herbs (rosemary, mint). On the palate, the wine is open and ample, on the roundness of red fruits (cherry, strawberry, red plum, redcurrant, redcurrant jam) with a slight sweetness, complemented by subtle notes of dried mint and white pepper. The tannins are grippy, rather firm, but balanced by a lively acidity and a nice fruity texture on the palate. A wine with roundness, well structured, fresh and pleasant.
