The nose is flowery and offers a fine intensity. There are notes of violet, peony and, to a lesser extent, lilac, combined with touches of crunchy raspberry, blackcurrant and hints of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, accuracy and a certain tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh cherry, peony and more slightly lilac combined with a touch of rose, crisp red berries and a hint of fresh local grove and a very discreet hint of spice.
