The wine has a lemon color of medium intensity. The nose is aromatic and offers a beautiful expression of ripe fruit and mastered work on oak aging. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, candied lemon, orange peel, yellow peach, yellow melon, apricot, as well as elegant notes of acacia flower, wild flowers, vanilla, cinnamon, honey and delicate fresh notes of green apple peel and lime. On the palate, the wine offers a beautiful smoothness and a round texture, expressive flavors of yellow peach, nectarine, apricot, candied lemon and lime peel, honey, acacia, as well as touch vanilla, cinnamon and roasted hazelnut in the background. The finish is long and refined, with a nice acidity of lime, a slight bitterness of grapefruit and a delicate toasted touch. A complex, rich, but subtle wine, with freshness and mastered qging in barrels.
