The nose is elegant, fruity and offers delicacy, tension as well as a certain power in subtlety and finesse. It reveals notes of fresh yellow apple, crunchy white fruits and slight notes of fresh yellow berries, fresh mirabelle plum as well as hints of racy minerality, a subtle hint of honeysuckle, quenette and a discreet hint of fresh toast. The palate is fruity, precise and offers freshness, minerality, a nice definition, a tangy frame, a nice acidity of the fruit as well as a nice energy and lacy concentration of fruits. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright quince, bright mirabelle plum and slight notes of juicy/fresh peach associated with touches of quenette, hints of honeysuckle, lemon blossom, passion fruit, with a subtle hint of almost fresh pineapple, sweet spices, fresh nutmeg as well as a very discreet hint of fresh toast and salinity. A fine hint of good bitterness in the background and a fine crystallinity. Very pleasant length.
