The nose offers a nice freshness, a certain intensity, depth and some power. It reveals notes of fresh zest, yellow apple and slight notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of fresh quince as well as fine hints of fresh acacia. The mouth is nicely fresh, balanced and offers minerality, a tangy frame, a nice energy, a discreet richness with an airiness and lightness, sapidity, roundness in finesse as well as straightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy/fresh mirabelle plum and slight hints of yellow apple associated with touches of mandarin, zest and a subtle hint of fresh almond. A little tannic side in the aromatic in the aftertaste. A nice iodised notes and good bitters.
