The palate is nicely mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, a fine sapidity, a finely tight structure, tension as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, racy minerality and small notes of clove associated with touches of fresh blond tobacco, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of wood as well as discreet hints of sage.
