The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, wild blackberry and small notes of pepper associated with small touches of sweet blond tobacco as well as fine hints of sweet spices and discreet hints of local garrigue. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy frame as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, small wild red berries and small notes of fresh violet associated with touches of lily, chocolate as well as slight hints of local grove / sense of place (biotop local) and an imperceptible balsamic hint (in the background). Tannins are well managed. Beautiful acidity on the finish. A fine chew.
