The nose offers notes of cloves and small notes of undergrowth, crushed cherry associated with small touches of blackberry, iodine, white pepper as well as a fine hint of vanilla, sage and toasted hazelnut. The palate is fresh, mineral and offers a juicy/fresh structure, good definition and a certain juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses fresh blackberry, fresh raspberry and slight notes of violet associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco, sage, vanilla as well as fine hints of sense of place (local biotop).
