The nose is a bit tight and offers a fine gourmet side. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, crushed redcurrants and small notes of blackberry combined with touches of toast, toasted hazelnut, sage as well as a discreet hint of clove and pepper. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, a fine minerality as well as a very fine fluidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, violet plum and small notes of racy minerality associated with fine touches of almond, sage and a subtle hint of chocolate. Tannins offer a fine chew.
