Fattoria Il Cantuccio – Cipereto 2019 – Chianti Colli Fiorentini

The nose offers a little creaminess, a small freshness, a little minerality as well as a slight intensity. It reveals notes of creamy strawberry, cassis and small notes of salinity associated with fine touches of nutmeg and black olive / olive tree. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a certain brightness of fruit, minerality, energy as well as a nice acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cherry, cassis and small notes of small red fruits associated with a fine touch of acidulous plum, violet, tonka bean, tea and a very discreet hint of sense of the place (local biotop).
