The nose is fruity and offers a certain elegance. The wine wins by being decanted. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, blueberry and small notes of crushed red fruits associated with slight touches of vanilla as well as slight hints of fresh blond tobacco and a discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers an acidulous structure, elegance, good definition, energy and a certain gourmandize. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, bright cherry and small notes of acidulous purple plum associated with touches of crushed cassis, star anise, black olive as well as a subtle hint of blond tobacco and a discreet hint of sage in the background. A fine iodized side. A nice freshness.
